You must have liability insurance and sign a Hold Harmless agreement with Talbot County in order to participate as an exhibitor.

Space will be on a first come, first serve basis. (Please bring your own table & chairs)

You as a business, non-profit or organization selling food must have:

  1. Talbot County Health Department Temporary Food Service Facility Permit
  2. State of Maryland Vendor’s Affidavit
  3. Insurance Certificate of $1,000,000.00 Liability
  4. Signed Talbot County Hold Harmless agreement
  5. All of the above and completed application with check for $150.00

You as a business, non-profit or organization selling merchandise must have:

  1. State of Maryland Vendor’s Affidavit
  2. Insurance Certificate of $1,000,000.00 Liability
  3. Signed Talbot County Hold Harmless agreement
  4. All of the above and completed application with check for $150.00

You as a business, non-profit or organization “not” selling food or merchandise must have:

  1. Signed Talbot County Hold Harmless agreement
  2. All of the above and completed application.
    No Fee

EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY

Please Note: If our event has to be canceled due to adverse weather conditions, all monies collected will be considered donations and are non-refundable.
